I Went to the Animal Fair...

But I forgot to post anything about it! Odd since it was the most exciting thing that happened to me all summer. Wally and I made our way through the fair to the Wool Show where I had entered 6 items only to discover that I had won a Best of Class ribbon for my felted nesting bowls! I was flabbergasted, not to mention thrilled. I've been an underachiever my whole life, so this was a first! :)

I received a 1st place for my felted pumpkins......

and my mohair cowl......

And 2nd place ribbons for my socks......

and my sweater! Yep, I'm tootin' my own horn, but somebody's gotta do it! :)
